Welcome group & brief overview of Ohrid’s history

  3. Visit to Filigree & Ohrid Ruby Workshop
  4. Stop at a family-owned artisan shop ( Filigran and Macedonian Rubin) Demonstration of handmade silver filigree. Learn about Macedonian ruby, found only in this region.
    Short explanation and browsing/shopping opportunity.
  5. Church of St. Sophia ( suggestion for entre in this church- 3 euro per person)
    What we will see – 11th-century unique frescoes and Byzantine architecture.
  6. Ohrid Pearl Store
    Visit a certified Ohrid pearl family business Filevi.
    Learn the secret tradition of making pearls from Ohrid trout emulsion.
